Group Yoga

We offer group yoga for all ages, both indoor and outdoor, at schools, assisted living centers, public parks, rec centers, workplaces etc. Class types include: Yoga for Kids, Hatha Vinyasa, Chair Yoga, Sculpt, Guided Meditation, Dance, Aerobics, Tai Chi, Beginners Acro Yoga, Restorative, and Yoga Nidra. Designing our flows based on the current physical, emotional and mental needs of our students, we use our intuition to equip yogis with the necessary tools to battle everyday stressors and live inspired and intentional lives.

Group yoga includes service to schools, assisted living centers, group yoga in the workplace, and yoga and reiki privates. Types of yoga offered include: Kids yoga, guided meditation, Hatha Vinyasa, Sculpt, Restorative, chair yoga, Dance choreography, beginners Acro yoga or a combination. Kellyann also incorporates Johnny Kest’s teaching style and Kundalini techniques into her classes.
